Barnes and noble free member shipping?

I recently ordered 2 books which have been out for a while now. They both said would ship within 1 day. I ordered on May 25, and yes, it did ship on May 26 like said. However, it's June 12 and they are still not here. I went on the tracking site, and it has not been updated since June 6. Does anybody know how many days free member shipping takes? I recall it saying 4-7 business days, but I could be wrong.... Im getting kind of annoyed with their slowwwww shipping. I emailed B&N customer service and they say it's not their fault and nothing they or I can do. So...I just don't know what to do?!
