Barnes and Noble online question?

Log onto your account on Barnes and Noble. You should be able to look at your "Recent Orders". If there's nothing there, then you order likely didn't go through. If it shows you ordered it twice, you should be able to cancel the second order if it hasn't been shipped already. If it's already been shipped, don't open the package. Write "Refused" or "Return to sender" and the post office will mail it back to BN. Then, they can process your return.
