Can you buy the canvases they have displayed in Barnes and Nobles?

Sooo, I'm remodling my bedroom, and I thought it would be really cool to have some of the canvases that are displayed in Barnes and Nobles. However, my problem is that I reallly don't have any idea as to how I should go about buying them. Help?
