Had a dream about losing sight and not being able to move?

I was driving to work in my dream I had. When I got close I started to lose sight or be able to move. I barely can make the turn in the parking lot. I made it there. But it's like I'm laying there trying to fight to see and move. I want to roll the windows up for some reason. Then I wake up and I'm out of breath and my left side of my chest hurts. The dream felt so real
