Is this a Reasonable Deal for a UKC Registered Pit bull puppy?

You have to see it in person to know if it has good temperment. Also, does it really matter if it has papers? Do you plan to show or breed it? If not, it likely doesn't make a difference. Also, pitbulls are bred with an aggressive edge (stronger jaws for biting, stronger limbs for fighting other dogs) so they aren't great first time dog owner dogs.
